What is the Moot Court?

The Gender Justice Moot Court is a national-level competition for undergraduate law students across Vietnam. It provides a structured and practice-oriented platform for developing legal research, written advocacy, and oral argumentation skills, while integrating gender justice principles into legal reasoning.

Participants will gain invaluable experience and skills:

Develop legal research and memorial writing skills

Competition Structure

The competition is organized in multiple interactive stages:

Training Phase

National online training sessions on gender justice, legal research, and advocacy.

Written Memorials

Submission and evaluation of structured legal arguments from teams.

Virtual Hearings (E-Court)

Online oral rounds using a simulated digital courtroom environment.

04

Grand Finale (In-person)

Final round held at UEL campus with expert judges and live argumentation.
